Wild Clay Taming (Hand-building 101):
Prerequisite: None.
Audience: Teens & Adults
Younger children if accompanied by an adult.
Instructor: Katie
Participants will learn techniques to make clay do their bidding. Class instruction will focus on building functional ceramic pieces using pinch, coil, and slab hand-building methods. A selection of glaze is available in the studio for students to use, and all work will be fired in-house for students to take home and enjoy. While you are welcome to bring your own tools, there are plenty to choose from in the studio. Please dress for a mess.

Week 5: Glaze Coil and Slab Work
